• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Family members sharing the same device may use separate accounts, but support must be notified in advance.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

• Any bill or document as proof of address

Betting Limits

Bet Results & Disputes

For parlay or combined bets involving multiple events, each event's outcome is determined independently. If one event is cancelled, it will be removed from the parlay and the remaining odds will be recalculated accordingly.

Deposit Terms

• Deposits are only accepted from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Minimum deposit ৳200 (may vary by method).
• After making a deposit, you must submit the correct transaction ID.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal ৳1,00,000.
• For verified accounts, withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will be held until the bonus turnover requirement is met.

Participation in 69 pic's bonus program is optional. By accepting a bonus, the associated terms and conditions automatically apply.

Turnover Requirement

Each bonus comes with a specified turnover multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x). For example, a BDT 1,000 bonus with a 10x turnover requirement means you must place BDT 10,000 worth of bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Not all markets are available for bonus fund wagers — certain restrictions may apply to specific markets.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time — they will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 69 pic platform:

• Multiple Accounts: No individual or member of the same household may hold more than one account.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets using insider knowledge about match outcomes.
• Bonus Fraud: Attempting to claim bonus benefits outside of the applicable terms.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening or harassing 69 pic staff or other members.

When Can 69 pic Close Your Account?

• If a rule violation is established.
• If evidence is found that an account was opened using false information.
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent.
• If the account holder is confirmed to be a minor.

When Can You Close Your Account?

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) before your account is closed.

69 pic is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Losses resulting from the user's own password being compromised.
• Delays caused by third-party service issues (e.g., mobile banking).
• Temporary unavailability due to unexpected server issues.

That said, 69 pic is always proactive in resolving all issues promptly and works to minimise any inconvenience to its members.
